I’ve been going here for years… I decided to bring my 11yr old daughter because she had been experiencing back and neck pain. After taking her to the pediatrician and being told nothing was wrong with her, I brought her to Health First. Immediately they were able to detect that she had slight scoliosis and did an x-ray to confirm. The chiropractor and physical therapist both came up with a treatment plan to help realign her spine and prevent it from getting worse. Last week, she came in for her regular visit while also experiencing a horrible headache. They worked on her, and afterwards she told me that her headache was gone. That’s a win in my book!!!

Awesome friendly Staff and *exceptional PT service*. I was treated for my back problem at the clinic and everyone was so helpful. They have an excellent team at the clinic and I am so happy with their treatment. Dana Sivak is the best *Nutritionist* I have ever met, and She helped me with my Diets. She answered all my health and diets related questions, and provided great advice related with diets and overall health. I would strongly recommend Dana service at the clinic.

A first-rate facility with top-notch staff, best care in Schaumburg! I went initially for *Chiropractic*, that led to amazing *deep-tissue massage.*They cured a years-old nerve problem and have done it all without the need for surgery. If you are on the fence about this kind of service this is honestly the best place I've been to, and I've tried several in the NW suburbs. Their staff are I will honestly say some of the best people I've met. My only complaint is that I can literally find nothing TO complain about with this place.

I began training for the Chicago marathon, and started experiencing leg (IT band) pain to the point where I didn't know if I was going to even make it to the starting line. Roy and Dr. Brewer were especially helpful in diagnosing and treating this problem (and the other specific leg/knee/foot pain!) that came up throughout training. This helped me stay on top of my training runs and recover from tougher workouts. Not only was I able to get to the starting line, but also to the finish line in a much better than expected time! Appointments were easy to schedule each week and the whole office/front desk team were extremely nice. Highly recommend Health First for your PT/Chiropractic needs.

Health First is my one stop place to take care of my back, hips and other malfunctioning pieces of my body. They have been helping me for years to stay in my best shape. Staff is caring and always professional. I highly recommend Health First as a practice with great chiropractors and therapists.

I have experienced pain on and off over the past 10 years. The pain occurs in several places. It has been on the top of my head where it feels as though a nail is embedded. At times it would shoot down my neck, arm and hand. I would describe my neck as stiffening concrete. I had a difficult time turning my head from side to side, especially if I had maintained a position for awhile. It was difficult to drive. Other times I had pain in my lower back. That occurred less frequently, but would be paralyzing.

I saw a medical doctor who told me to do traction at home and prescribed me pain killers and muscle relaxers. He said there was nothing else to be done. I continued to experience pain which increased over time. Eventually I had ibuprofen poisoning and could not sit for longer than 10 minutes.

I heard about Dr. Elahi’s practice because my mother was referred to the pain clinic. In June 2007 I first came to see Dr. Ehahi because I was experiencing pain in my lower back. It was very difficult for me to walk. Dr. Elahi treated me using electrical stimulation, maual therapy and acupuncture , physical therapy and adjustments. Within 2 weeks I was better. I have free movement of my neck which I have not experienced most of my adult life. I have a much better understanding of my body and a greater awareness of its tensions and needs. I have been provided with stretches and exercises to do at home to be more proactive. I believe Dr. Elahi’s holistic approach to physical health provides relief, healing and awareness. I highly recommend him and his staff.
