    Dr. Naveed Elahi is a Board Certified Chiropractic Physician. He is an active member of the American Chiropractic Association, Illinois Chiropractic Society, and the Hoffman Estates Chamber of Commerce. He initially saw a Chiropractor for treatment of crippling low back pain. He was so impressed by the speed and success of his treatment that he decided to pursue a career as a chiropractor! As a Chiropractic Physician, Dr. Elahi uses a combination of chiropractic and physical therapy modalities in order to treat an array of conditions. In addition to his Doctorate in Chiropractic, Dr. Elahi has also received advanced training in pain management, orthopedics, sports medicine and nutrition. He is one of the few Chiropractors in the nation who are certified to perform Manipulation Under Anesthesia (MUA).

    Dr. Brent Brewer
    Chiropractor, Acupuncture

    Dr. Brent Brewer did his undergraduate studies at the University of Iowa, earning a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology in 1988. He went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine and a Bachelors of Science in Human Anatomy From National University of Health Sciences in 2002. While attending National University, Dr. Brewer studied Tradition Chinese Acupuncture, Physical Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, Cox-Flexion Technique, Thompson Technique, Advanced Medical Imaging and Kinesio Taping.

    Dr. Brewer is also a Professor of Human Anatomy and Physiology at the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, IL. He is also a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor.

    On his off days Dr. Brewer enjoys spending time with his family, CrossFit, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, snowboarding and traveling.

    Roy Janssen, PT
    Physical Therapist

    Roy Janssen was born and raised in the Netherlands, studied Physical Therapy at University Zuyd and graduated in 2015. After graduating he worked for 3 years as a Physical Therapist on the island of Curaçao in an outpatient clinic, neurological rehabilitation center, and cardiac rehab center. In 2018, Roy moved to the United States and joined Health First Wellness as a licensed Physical Therapist.

    In his free time, Roy enjoys spending time with his wife and friends, playing soccer, and adding limited edition sneakers to his growing collection.

    Sarah recently graduated from Arizona State University with her Bachelor of Science in health sciences, with a concentration in healthy lifestyles and fitness science. She plans to continue her education and work towards a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Sarah is also a dance teacher and certified yoga instructor. In her free time she enjoys reading, pilates, and baking.

    Crystal is the brick, wood, mortar and glue of the clinic. She makes sure that the clinical team runs smoothly. She is keen at making certain that clinical goals are being met with special attention to quality of care. Crystal went to Harper College for her education as a Massage Therapist. Crystal specializes in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Lymphatic Drainage Massage.

    Crystal provides specific massage and muscular therapy that is tailored to meet the patient’s condition and injury. Crystal specializes in relieving stress, increasing tissue pliability and muscle response. Her area of expertise includes relaxation, Swedish, trigger point, deep tissue and lymphatic drainage. The benefits of massage therapy include reduced chronic pain, relieved muscle tension and pain, reduced stress and anxiety and lowered blood pressure. Massages are available every day of the week

    Dietitian Nutritionist

    Dana grew up in the western suburbs of Chicago, in Clarendon Hills, IL and attended Benet Academy high school.

    Dana has completed over 7 years of education to receive her Master of Science (MS) degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Northern Illinois University. Prior to this accomplishment, Dana earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics with a minor in Coaching Science from the University of Delaware. As a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN, LDN), she has additional certifications including being a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD), Eating Disorders and Obesity (EDOC). Aside from her work with Health First Wellness Center, Dana works as a contracted dietitian for U.S. Figure Skating, supporting Team USA’s figure skating athletes.

His unique approach combines these modalities to deliver comprehensive treatment for common pain and injuries, tailored to each client's specific needs. With a passion for helping others achieve optimal wellness, Fredrick's therapeutic massages aim to alleviate discomfort, restore mobility, and promote overall relaxation and well-being. 

    His dedication to his craft and commitment to excellence ensure that every client receives a personalized and effective massage experience. Outside of his professional endeavors, Fredrick enjoys staying active through sports and weightlifting, and indulging in culinary delights. He believes in maintaining a balanced lifestyle and finds fulfillment in both his professional and personal pursuits.
