Insurance and Payment

Many treatments, therapies and services are covered by Insurance. Please contact us for help determining what insurance benefits and coverage you have. In cases where insurance is not applicable, we have very affordable rates.  We accept cash and credit card.  We also work with patients to set up a payment plan so that you may receive treatment right away, while paying over time.
