Dr. Naveed Elahi, DC

Dr. Naveed Elahi is a Board Certified Chiropractic Physician. He is an active member of the American Chiropractic Association, Illinois Chiropractic Society and the Hoffman Estates Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Elahi discovered Chiropractic Medicine while pursuing a career in Optometry. He initially saw a Chiropractor for treatment of crippling low back pain. He was so impressed by the speed and success of his treatment that he decided to change careers and become a Chiropractor himself!

As a Chiropractic Physician Dr.Elahi uses a combination of chiropractic and physical therapy modalities in order to treat an array of conditions. In addition to his Doctorate in Chiropractic, Dr. Elahi has also received advanced training in pain management, orthopedics, sports medicine and nutrition. He is one of the few Chiropractors in the nation who are certified to perform Manipulation Under Anesthesia (MUA).


Dr. Erin Mayer, DC, CAc

Dr. Mayer is a Board Certified Chiropractic Physician. Dr. Mayer is skilled in a variety of chiropractic techniques, and provides complimentary therapies to assist patients in achieving optimum health and function. "It's important for my patients to receive individualized personal care. I believe in providing constant patient education, attentive listening, and resources for both curing and preventing illnesses and injuries.”

Dr. Mayer received her Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from the National University of Health Sciences in Chicago, Illinois. Previously, Dr. Mayer had achieved her Bachelor of Science degree majoring in biology, with a minor in chemistry at Indiana University. During her four years of chiropractic studies, she simultaneously achieved her acupuncture certification.

Dr. Mayer has also received post professional, specialized training in Kinesiology Taping, Concussion Grading and Management, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, and Cosmetic Acupuncture and Facial Rejuvenation.  She is also an active member the American Chiropractic Association and the Illinois Chiropractic Society. 

Dr. Mayer continually pursues her passion for learning by attending educational seminars and keeping up with latest studies in the areas of chiropractic medicine, nutrition, acupuncture, physical rehabilitation, and traditional Chinese medicine to ensure that her patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced health care. 

Dr. Mayer is an avid animal lover and active outdoor enthusiast.  In her spare time she enjoys snow and water skiing, wakeboarding, boating, and cycling.


Jodi Macaluso, MA, LCPC, CADC

Jodi Macaluso is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor.  She is a therapist practicing in a community mental health setting, as well as in the private sector for over 14 years. Her experience includes working with adolescents, individuals, families, and groups.  She received her bachelor’s degree in Behavioral and Social Science from Aurora University and her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology.

Ms. Macaluso’s clinical interests include anger management, anxiety, depression, life transitions, loss or grief, relationship issues, self-esteem, and stress management.

Her area of specialization focuses on recovery from alcohol, drug, and multiple process addictions. Motivational enhancement combined with cognitive behavioral interventions assist in targeting stages of change, unique needs and strengths of each person with whom she works.

Albert Einstein once said "in the midst of difficulty lies opportunity." Ms. Macaluso holds fast to his wisdom.  If you are open to growth and finding peace, allow Ms. Macaluso to help you to create the life you want.  She will use a multidisciplinary, mindfulness-based approach to find the powerful tools needed to evoke individual change, identify and heal false beliefs.

Dr. Arayan, MD

Dr. Arayan uses a multi-disciplinary approach to treat injury and pain to maximize a patient’s potential and quality of life. Dr. Arayan will direct your treatment and collaborate with other health care professionals to design a program for you.

Dr. Arayan attended the University of Illinois at Champaign and obtained his bachelors degree in biology. He then went on to Ross University School of Medicine for his medical degree. He completed his training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital/University of Chicago program. He subsequently went on to complete a sports medicine and electromyography (EMG) fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery.

Dr. Arayan is Board Certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. After completing his fellowship training at the University of Illinois, he has continued on at the university as an assistant professor in sports medicine rehabilitation. He is also Board Certified in Sports Medicine.

Dr. Arayan’s areas of interest include sports related injuries involving such areas as the spine, knees, shoulders, and hips. He also manages acute and chronic pain conditions from various sources. Along with the above he treats patients with nerve related pain, pain radiating into the arms or legs, work injuries, and post surgical pain. He also performs specialized nerve and muscle testing through electromyography (EMG).

 Crystal Abbate, Clinical Massage Therapist

Crystal provides specific massage and muscular therapy that is tailored to meet the patient's condition and injury. Crystal specializes in relieving stress, increasing tissue pliability and muscle response. Her area of expertise includes relaxation, Swedish, trigger point, deep tissue and lymphatic drainage massage. The benefits of massage therapy include reduced chronic pain, relieved muscle tension and pain, reduced stress and anxiety and lowered blood pressure. Massages are available everyday of the week. Crystal is a warm and bubbly therapist who enjoys her profession and enjoys working with her clients to help them feel better.

Andrea Madland, Clinical Massage Therapist

Andrea attended the Soma Institute for clinical massage training and certification. At the Soma Institute Andrea learned that clinical massage not only feels good, but also has profound health benefits. Andrea has been trained in Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and sports massage. The wide array of techniques Andrea knows allows her to create unique and personalized massage treatments for her clients. She has experience working with athletes, people experiencing: chronic muscle tension, sprain/strain injuries, arthritis, fibromyalgia and headaches. Andrea is a warm and friendly therapist who has a positive attitude and loves her profession.

Christina Selio, Insurance & Billing Specialist

Christina knows how stressful and time consuming it can be to verify your insurance benefits and file your claims. Christina strives to make the insurance process simple, straightforward and accurate.

She will handle all verifications of benefits, claims, monthly statements and eligibility. Christina speaks with many insurance companies on a daily basis and is very familiar with many insurance company's policies and procedures.

Brooke Price, Personal Trainer / Strength & Conditioning Specialist

​Brooke has her Bachelor of Science from Ball State University where she studied Exercise Science.  Brooke evaluates, plans, and administers a variety of therapy activities designed to rehabilitate patients and strengthen their body. Brooke helps people improve patients strength, flexibility and functional capacity. Brooke has been working in the fitness industry for many years and has experience with personal training, group exercise instruction and group fitness classes. Brooke practices health and fitness everyday by participating in charity runs and obstical course challenges and aspires to help others achieve their goals! Personal Training sessions are available with Brooke on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
